Event Super1 Round 2 First Practise
The Friday was quite straight forward as it is a home track for me and Will so we were on it straight away in wet and dry conditions, the 3 of us in the team were at the top in every session. Despite some issues with carburation during the day, not much went wrong.

Event Super1 Round 2 Second Practise and raceday
Saturday was a good day. I was topping the times virtually every session, consistant and fast all day. Max and Will were also fast with us three again dominating. Me and Will both broke the lap record in the day, Wills counting as it was in the heat.
Heat 1, This was a hard fought heat, as carnage occured behind no.20 as we all tried to get past, left me nursing a wounded kart home in 5th place, I still set the 3rd quickest time despite damage. Max came home 2nd after defending brilliantly from Will who was on a huge charge, he was easily fastest on the track.
On the Sunday, the grid for the 2nd heat (1st of the day) looked extremely competitive as all the quick runners were at the front. Max, Will and Me started 4th, 5th and 6th for this heat with other quick runners surrounding us.
Heat 2 started well as I got up to 2nd by the end of the first lap after an aggressive start, I took the lead on the next lap and never looked back, storming away. Will and Max got caught up in traffic but came home in strong positions Max in 3rd, Will unfortunately fell to 7th after a puncture on the last lap, he still set the fastest lap.
Heat 3 , I started 8th but got loaded at the start by C plate and was last going up the hill, I picked off each person one by one untill I caught Max in the lead, he defended amazingly well I tried everything to get past without doing anything stupid and we came home 1st and 2nd, Will came through in 3rd after being knocked off at the flat out 2nd corner beating my best lap by 0.01. We were the only two in the 45.3s, 0.3 quicker than the rest.
Heat 4 I started 6th and got up to 3rd, at this point a huge train developed behind no.24 after 7 laps I had to get through or risk being taken, so I went for a move into devils elbow, but ended up going over the top of his Nassau panel and being excluded. If I would’ve finished 3rd I would have had pole for the final. Max was also very harshly excluded meaning we would have to start near the back. Will would start 2nd
In the Final, Me and max got up to 4th and 5th, and when going to take 3rd, I tried
to follow Max but got shut off and ended up being taken out of the race, becoming
a spectator. Two bad rounds which could’ve and should’ve left me with a big haul
of points and in the top 3. But wasn’t to be. Will won the race with Max in 2nd,
another double podium for Tal-
